Trainer 1 Full Description

Trainer 1
Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Trainer 1. In this contract position, you will be responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and/or auditing tools.

Major duties
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of training initiatives, including collaborating with stakeholders to assess needs, designing and developing learning materials, facilitating sessions, tracking participation and completion metrics, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Project coordination, content updates, LMS management, communication with cross-functional partners, and supporting virtual learning experiences.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for department staff
  • Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses 
  • Research, analyze and recommend external training programs
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
  • Assist in auditing work performed by staff and present findings and recommendations for areas of improvement to management
  • Assist with revisions to policy and procedures and/or work process development
      
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
  • Facilitation & presentation skills
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) experience
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience

Exciting Opportunity Details
  • Rate: $34.75/hour
  • W2 Contract
  • Worksite Location: Remote in CST
  • 3 month contract with opportunity for extension
