Overview of Job Responsibilities
We’re looking for an outgoing and energetic trainer who supports multiple programs and leads a variety of training initiatives, including new‑hire onboarding, ongoing development, and upskilling for both new and tenured agents. The ideal candidate understands adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and how to create engaging, effective learning experiences. This person plays a key role in improving performance, enhancing training processes, and ensuring agents are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Essential Responsibilities
The Trainer delivers new hire, ongoing, and upskilling training across multiple programs while creating and maintaining accurate training materials and job aids. They facilitate engaging virtual and in person sessions, track learner progress, and provide feedback to support skill development. The role collaborates with operations, QA, supervisors, and client partners to identify training needs and refine content based on performance insights. Additionally, the Trainer manages training logistics and administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and reporting, and supports continuous improvement of the overall learning experience.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts,Adult Education, Organizational Development,or relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of industry experience as a trainer/content developer
- 1-year minimum call center experience
- 1-yearminimumcurriculum development experience
- Ability to design and develop learning materials using a variety of eLearning, multimedia, and content‑creation tools, adapting to new platforms as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong writing,editingand proofreading skills
- Experience developing training materials based on adult learning principles and methodologies
