Training and Development Managers- Research Study
Sepal is running a research initiative to evaluate how AI performs in real-world professional settings. We’re partnering with experienced training and L&D leaders to help us assess whether today’s AI systems can accurately reason through real training, upskilling, and professional development scenarios.
Your experience building learning strategies, rolling out training programs, and leading L&D initiatives will help set the gold standard for how AI should behave in this domain.

Project Scope & Timeline
-- This is a project-based opportunity requiring 40–100 total hours of work between now and December 29. The engagement begins with a paid 2–4 day work trial to ensure mutual fit.-- Work is flexible and fully remote
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
-- 4+ years full-time experience in a training or learning & development leadership role
-- English language fluency
-- U.S. residency
-- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet

-- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently
COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS
