Overview
EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This individual will be responsible for delivering training to external and internal clients on our applications via virtual and in-person methods. Ideal candidates will be lifelong learners with a passion for teaching, strong technical aptitude, and excellent presentation skills. Responsibilities
• Deliver virtual instructor-led training (planned, custom tailored, and ad-hoc)
• Deliver on-location instructor-led training (planned, custom tailored, and ad-hoc)
• Create and document new training content for general webinars and new products
• Provide clients with consultative assistance and suggest best practices for account management
• Provide customer technical and consultative support for installation, implementation, deployment integration, and troubleshooting
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating training
• Review new releases of applications, testing for functionality and user experience
• Assist in creating/updating customer and internal documentation
• Translate and communicate customer technical and workflow requirements to internal stakeholders
• Channel customer feedback on existing products for future product development

Qualifications
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for learners at all levels
• Technical aptitude and experience supporting technical products or software
• Exceptional customer relationship and consultative skills
• Ability to manage competing tasks and shifting priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to rent vehicles
 
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• College degree in Education or Instructional Design
• Experience with GIS software like ArcGIS
• Proficient with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
• Background in adult learning methodologies or corporate training
• Experience delivering training via virtual platforms
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with EagleView products or similar software in property insurance, energy, construction, or government sectors
• FAA Part 107 certification preferred, demonstrating knowledge of safe drone operations
