Responsibilities:
  • Own the design, philosophy, and continual evolution of the enterprise learning and enablement architecture—including learning/enablement philosophies, operating models, methodologies, and standards.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the CEO and Executive TEAm to design, implement, and evolve transformative learning programs, policies, and workforce initiatives.
  • Lead the creation, acceleration, and optimization of talent growth systems—including Growth Pathway Frameworks, Leadership Development Ecosystems, career architecture, capability building, and targeted learning interventions.
  • Guide Milo’s workforce to enable data-based decision making, inform workforce planning, Attract, Grow, and Retain talent, standardize benchmarking organizationally, and to achieve scale.
  • Own the multi year learning roadmap that aligns with corporate strategy, growth objectives, and capability requirements.
  • Serve as senior level advisor on enablement strategies that support major business initiatives, transformation projects, and strategic planning.
  • Partner with cross functional leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted enablement solutions that accelerate productivity and drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee development of blended learning and enablement assets—including digital learning, workflow learning, job aids, and experiential learning—to support rapid skill acquisition. Build a unified enablement framework that supports onboarding, role specific skill development, and ongoing performance readiness across all functions.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of Learning programs and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Learning team, ensuring high performance and strategic alignment.
  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • This position has food Safety Responsibilities. Other responsibilities, as necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Masters preferred. At least six years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; five years of leadership experience. Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
