Vice President of Product Management
Location: Hyrbid to Wayne, PA; Hybrid to Naperville, IL; Remote
Role Overview
The Vice President of Product Management is a strategic executive responsible for defining, communicating, and executing the company’s product vision and strategy across a portfolio of solutions. This leader drives the product organization to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes through empowered product teams and evidence-based decision-making. The VP, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, is both a portfolio leader and a culture builder—balancing strategic direction, operational excellence, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute multi-year product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing product management organization, fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and impact.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to enable empowered product teams that continuously discover and deliver customer value.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product outcomes, ensuring clarity of vision and focus on measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate across GTM, customer success, and operations to ensure seamless alignment between product, market, and customer success strategies.
• Build organizational capacity and processes that scale through growth, acquisition, and transformation.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in product management with a track record of executive leadership and organizational impact.
• Proven experience leading portfolio-scale strategy and empowering high-performing product organizations.
• Deep understanding of customer-centric discovery and evidence-based decision making.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across executive and board levels.
• Experience scaling product practices and talent during high-growth or transformation phases.
