While we are a remote-first, U.S.-based company supporting employees in over 30 states with our team striving to share knowledge, celebrate accomplishments, think creatively, and have fun along the way, this position is eligible for employment in the following states: South Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Who you are:

  • (Required) You have experience in the fundraising/advancement industry.
  • (Required) You have experience and success in sales-related roles.
  • You possess sales presentation skills, problem-solving capabilities, and demonstrated initiative.
  • You excel in written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are skilled at working both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
  • You thrive under pressure and effectively manage tight deadlines.
  • You are proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom, and Google Suite.
  • You are recognized for your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • You will concurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas.
  • You will be responsible for executing strategies, conducting inside sales, and providing support to assigned strategic partners.
  • You will ensure the continuous update of knowledge and deliver a clear understanding of current products, services, promotions, offerings, etc. to assigned partners.
  • You will meet or exceed assigned KPI metrics, including but not limited to sales quotas, customer engagement, success rates, etc.
  • You will present demos to potential customers.
  • You will prospect new accounts to bring into the pipeline
