Advertised Job Summary  | Performs accounting and administrative duties to ensure accuracy of all department fiscal and time keeping data within the Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and the University’s ERP system (PeopleSoft.)
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications  | Prior experience with PeopleSoft and/or other Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)Systems as well as experience with facilities CMMS systems.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles and practices. Ability to interpret andapply financial procedures and regulations. Ability to perform analysis of financial records. Strong EXCEL skills.
 Job Duties 
Job Duty  | Oversees the review and processing of system generated journal entries for CMMS systems. Reconciles the journal entries to ensure accuracy and coordinates with facilities and campus stakeholders to ensure timely correction of any outstanding errors. Ensures appropriate costs have been posted in both systems to allow for timely billing of campus partners. Bills campus business partners and maintains receivables for those transactions.
