Job Summary  | The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, Department of Family & Consumer Sciences Extension (FCS), is seeking a highly organized individual with a focus on customer service to join our team as an Administrative Services Assistant Senior. This vital role supports the department’s mission to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families through education, research, and outreach.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director, coordinate travel and events, and manage key personnel and human resources functions, including payroll, recruitment, and hiring processes. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of departmental activities.
