Job Summary | The college of Arts and Sciences is looking for an Administrative Staff Officer I to support the college-wide Human Resource operations. This position will coordinate staffing requests, manage HR-related data and documents, and serve as an initial liaison between departmental units and central HR/Payroll. Responsibilities include monitoring and processing HR ticket requests, compiling accurate employee and position data, HR/Payroll reconciliation with the business center, and assisting with position creation and maintenance in systems such as IES and SAP. The role also involves preparing reports and documentation for college leadership at the direction of the HR Director and Administrative Staff Officer II.
