Enrollment Management supports this mission by guiding students through every stage of their educational journey—from recruitment through graduation and beyond. We deliver responsive, student-centered services with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and care. The department manages the full spectrum of enrollment operations including application processing, registration, records, transfer credit evaluation, graduation clearance, academic calendar planning, and enrollment reporting.
The Enrollment Management team champions student success by: leading outreach, recruitment, and onboarding initiatives; collaborating across the College to ensure policy compliance with system, state and federal regulations; and using technology and data to improve processes and support institutional effectiveness.
In all that we do, Enrollment Management is a trusted partner and student advocate helping fulfill the College’s mission while meeting the evolving needs of our students and the communities we serve.
Special Assignments | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's/Required Qualifications
· Experience working within an admission or registrar office in a higher education setting.
· Experience with student information systems such as PeopleSoft and Banner.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel.
· Demonstrated experience maintaining and auditing student records (data governance).
Knowledge
· Thorough knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
· General understanding of student records management and enrollment processes.
· General understanding of data integrity and quality assurance principles.
· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and how to maintain large data sets.
Skills
· Ability to accurately review, clean and update student records.
· Comfortable navigating digital platforms and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reading large sets of data
· Ability to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions.
· Capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines and working independently, as well as on a team. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work with individuals at all levels.
· Demonstrated skills of accuracy and attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.

· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student data with discretion. · Adaptable to changing systems, processes, and priorities; able to support strategic initiatives.

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment using strong organizational skills and independent judgment to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse population.
· Capable of troubleshooting processes and workflows and recommending improvements for efficiency.
Additional Considerations
· Hands-on experience and familiarity with admissions processes and procedures, including dual enrollment and transfer evaluation.
· Experience with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to higher education, including those related to student privacy and academic policies
· Experience with data cleanup or auditing initiatives in an academic setting. Troubleshooting workflows, suggest process improvements and support system upgrades.
