- Participate in Center for Career & Leadership Development (CCLD) services and support CCLD and Student Enrollment, Engagement and Services (SEES) strategic goals.
- Work may be required during university closings, including remote work as directed.
- Required qualifications include a master’s degree in Human Resources, Higher Education, Human Services, Counseling, or related field, or a bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of career coaching/counseling techniques, career center programs, career development theories, and career readiness competencies (NACE, NACM).
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, internet, and presentation software.
- Demonstrated ability in event planning, stakeholder communication, and relationship building with employers at multiple levels.
- Final candidate must complete a criminal history check.
