| Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated multicultural competency and a commitment to recruit a diverse student population. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Basic computing skills (word processing, spreadsheet, database, and familiarity with relational student databases). |
