Highlights
  • Develop and implement High Impact Practice programs aligned with university strategic plans.
  • Lead the LINKS Peer Navigation program and pre-start-of-school summer initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate LINK Ambassador peer mentors who support first-year students.
  • Create outreach programs supporting student engagement, career readiness, and life skills.
  • Develop and manage Canvas modules for student engagement and mentor training.
  • Collaborate with campus partners, including Housing and Residence Life and Academic Achievement Center.
  • Use data assessment and evaluation methods to measure program outcomes and inform key performance indicators.
  • Required qualifications include a master's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least two years of experience in student services or related higher education roles.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Pell Eligible and First-Generation students, program coordination, strong collaboration skills, and program assessment expertise.
  • Competitive salary range of $58,000-$60,000 annually with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and educational benefits.
