The Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor will add efficiency and expedite the hiring process by supporting the talent acquisition advisors with sourcing, scheduling, and prescreening candidates. This role will also have recruitment end to end responsibility for select temporary / entry level / hourly requisitions.
This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews. Greet candidates in person as needed.
- Communicate confirmation of interviews to candidates, hiring managers. Monitor interview attendance.
- Assume responsibility for select requisitions. Assist with screening applications in ATS for priority openings.
- Conduct sourcing for a diverse pipeline of candidates, maintain job postings, employee referral program, and social media promotion.
- Coordinate the talent acquisition annual calendar for job fair, conferences.
- Support candidate lifecycle through ATS including uploading rating forms, managing pending tasks, trouble shooting and correspondence.
- Assist with updating job profiles.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ work experience in a high volume Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role required.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases required
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s preferred.
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
- Ability to take initiative, seek guidance and act independently, but also a strong and flexible team player.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - 68,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
