Unit Human Resources Administrator I Full Description

Position Summary
The Unit Human Resources Administrator I is responsible for supporting HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of workforce and team, and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four year college degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in managing human resource field, designing and implementing training programs and human resource/labor relations management and computer applications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Desired Qualifications
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MSU HR practices (PageUP, SAP)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
