Business Analysts (BAs) play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the needs of non-profit organizations and technical solutions that meet those needs. This position is for the Blackbaud CRM team at Blackbaud, which serves large/enterprise scale non-profits/NGOs.

Responsibilities

Gather user requirements and then document and analyze them
Write functional specifications documents to guide custom development work
Facilitation of as-is and to-be business process discussions with customer subject matter experts
Translation of business processes and requirements into business process flow documentation, solution design
Perform Blackbaud CRM system configurations
