This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive growth in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will be at the forefront of outbound sales efforts, turning cold leads into qualified opportunities and building relationships with high-value accounts. The position requires creative prospecting, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership teams. You will leverage advanced tools and data-driven strategies to expand the sales pipeline, contributing directly to business growth and market impact. Accountabilities
- Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaign execution and provide feedback on outreach strategies.
- Continuously expand knowledge of products, services, and relevant market trends.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including call/email volume, meetings booked, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- High level of organization and time-management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, or AI-powered prospecting platforms (strong plus).
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
