How can you make an impact?
The Business Enablement Training Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational performance by designing, implementing, and managing training programs that align with business goals. This role focuses on equipping teams with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to improve efficiency, adopt new processes or technologies, and support strategic initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including operations, sales, HR, and leadership.

This is a remote role with 25% travel to quarterly meetings. All candidates must be eligible to work for an U.S. employer.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop and lead onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training and a smooth transition into the team 
  • Manage and update internal tools with relevant content and resources
  • Create, design, and distribute quarterly newsletters to keep external teams informed of key updates and initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine communication strategies and enhance knowledge-sharing across teams
  • Gather and track new hires’ access to applications, team communication channels, meeting invites, etc.
  • Help maintain training materials and deliver training sessions for new and existing employees
  • Create and promote training programs for current employees to stay up to date on new processes. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the annual BEST Fall Summit, including agenda development, speaker coordination, communications, and logistics
  • Develop structured learning experiences, projects, and activities for interns.  
  • Maintain and update key team resources, including organizational chart, alignments, and other related documents 
  • Assist in development of agenda for monthly team meetings
  • Drive internal engagement by encouraging and coordinating regular content sharing, providing best practices and guidance, and amplifying the visibility of BEST's impact in MH

  • Proven success in a training role; ability to serve as a coach and leader
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Strong marketing and/or sales experience
  • Embody the work ethic and personality that thrives in a fast-paced culture with shifting priorities
  • Displays and acts with initiative, integrity, and professionalism
  • Proficient understanding of product landscape, services, and support.

The pay for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually, however, base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sales commission plan will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
