Requirements
 Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify Learning Needs: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development within healthcare teams.
  • Design Engaging Training Programs: Develop interactive and effective training programs using various methodologies, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches tailored to healthcare professionals.
  • Create High-Quality Training Materials: Design presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and other educational resources while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate Learning Sessions: Deliver dynamic training sessions, both in-person and online, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment for diverse audiences, including clinicians, administrators, and support staff.
  • Administer Training Programs: Manage learning activities through our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth delivery and tracking of employee progress.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs and implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with managers, clinical leaders, and support staff to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Continuously update training strategies to reflect evolving healthcare regulations, trends, and best practices.
 
Qualifications: 
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning and Development Specialist, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles, with a focus on the healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse healthcare audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Training and Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
