ClassLink is seeking professional and skilled trainers with firsthand experience using ClassLink LaunchPad in a K–12 classroom setting. These trainers will deliver high-quality virtual training sessions during the Back to School season. Training times will vary, with the majority occurring before or after school hours throughout late August and September. Additional daytime opportunities will be available in July and early August.
The ClassLink Back to School Trainer will guide district teaching staff through the foundational features of ClassLink LaunchPad, ensuring they feel confident and prepared to support their students. Trainers will host Zoom-based sessions demonstrating essential tasks such as printing Quick Cards, navigating general and security settings, and assisting students with access and usage.
This role requires consistent professionalism, clear communication, and timely responsiveness. Trainers will use their Outlook Calendar to communicate availability. Individuals in this position must be comfortable presenting to groups, managing a virtual environment, and representing ClassLink with professionalism and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative online training sessions with the highest professionalism on ClassLink LaunchPad for district teaching staff
- Manage and maintain training schedules using Microsoft Outlook and Calendly
- Record and share training sessions via Zoom and Google Workspace
- Edit video recordings as needed to ensure quality and accuracy of content
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with ClassLink staff
Requirements
- 2 + years working with ClassLink products
- Proficient in ClassLink LaunchPad and the following tools: Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Google Workspace, Calendly
- 2+ years of training experience in a virtual environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently and independently while meeting established timelines
- Experience with basic video editing preferred, willing to learn required
- Reliable technology setup and stable internet connection suitable for remote training
- Ability to submit a short video introduction as part of the interview process.
Contract Term: April - September
Non-Negotiable Contract dates: July 10 – September 13, 2026 (a minimum of 3-5 trainings a week)
Compensation:
- $85 per hour training session
Contract Details: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. This role is 100% remote.
