Shift 
Depending on the candidate needs we can be flexible with the schedule.
Thus, we propose: daily schedules are a minimum of 8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday, with flexibility on start and stop times dependent on clinical and departmental needs. Per University Regulations, daily schedules must include the core business hours of 10a-3pm.

Job Summary 
This position will serve as faculty liaison/support for initiating and managing research projects to include funded project management, obtaining IRB approvals, data sharing management, data collection and procurement of of funding in concordance with all UKHC policies and state and federal laws. This position will also assist with the management of research accounts to ensure sustainability of funding and appropriate staffing levels and responsibilities.

This position has a hybrid work arrangement.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities  | Comprehensive understanding of related scientific and clinical terminology. Ability to independently identify and problem-solve complex/non-routine problems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, strong oral/written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills required. Leadership, prioritization, and presentation skills required. Computer and application proficiency to include designing forms and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications, use of email, and use of the internet.
