Job Summary
Using practical knowledge of CRM solutions, the CRM Solutions Delivery Manager will manage and oversee the daily operations and priorities of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments to support the design, development, and security of CRM solutions and architecture. Lead and direct a small to mid-sized team who design and implement CRM solutions that consider security, data control/management, customer needs, and long-term support. Ensure staff properly design, develop, test, and implement solutions following defined processes and standards. Has hiring, firing, promotion and reward authority within own area. Establish short-term operational plans with measurable contribution towards achievement of results within CRM development and implementation. May manage certain processes or projects within a defined budget set by the Director of CRM. Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of CRM processes, systems, or outcomes to enhance performance and customer requirements. Work closely with end users, business partners, and technical teams to provide solutions for business problems. Proactively identify, build, and maintain relationships with business process owners and colleagues and oversee the production of quality deliverables on time and within budget. Follow and deliver best practices across all domains used in the CRM solutions at Purdue. Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.

What We're Looking For
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in project management, system administration, or IT leadership in Higher Education or related experience, including the experience below
- Proven expertise in Salesforce development, administration, and deployment strategies
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience to drive efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Management Professional - PMP) are a plus
- Higher education experience and an understanding of large complex environments and programs
- Experience using and supporting the Salesforce Education Data Architecture
- Experience with CRM integrations with Banner and/or SAP ERPs

- maintain an understanding of trends in CRM information technology, system development, project management, and best practices and methods
- maintain an understanding of the University’s CRM product roadmaps and their impact on the University
Preferred:
- Proven technical expertise on Salesforce and related technologies
