Weâre looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help customers unlock the full value of Go1. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to build meaningful engagement at scale.
One of the unique challenges and rewards of this role is building strong, authentic connections with both customers and Customer Success Managers around the globe. Operating in a remote-first environment means youâll need to be creative and intentional in how you foster engagement. This is where your ability to think innovatively, collaborate across regions, and design scalable programs will truly make an impact.
In collaboration with the Product Marketing team, Customer Success, and Sales, this role will drive retention, expansion, and advocacy by delivering programs that make customers successful, celebrated, and inspired. Looking for someone located in the Pacific time zone for crossover with Australia.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $100,000 and $140,000 (depending on location and experience). Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee commission plan and employee stock options.
