WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing – Sales Activation you will play a pivotal role in activating marketing initiatives for our sales team, ensuring that Sales has the tools they need to nurture leads and accelerate deals through the sales funnel. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers and prospects, key decision makers and influencer personas within health systems. You will champion our solution offerings, value-based messaging, and differentiated value propositions. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies remain relevant and impactful. A key aspect of this role is ensuring sales-marketing alignment and fostering close collaboration to amplify both sales and marketing efforts.

This position will work remote within the United States.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Sales Resource Creation: Develop tailored sales resources for varying buyer stages and personas, collaborating with our internal agency experts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Sales Training: Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to train sales colleagues on personas, pain points, competitive, how to tell our story with value-based messaging, demo best practices, and value-based messaging to enable effective executive-level conversations and enterprise-level success. Also support trainings sharing product enhancements, new products coming to market, and how to use or get the most from new marketing resources.
- Sales Campaign Development: Develop campaigns and resources to help move qualified leads through the full sales funnel, including but not limited to email, events, and content that resonate with target influencer personas and drive engagement.
- Lead Gen and Nurturing Strategies: Work with growth marketing team and content team to develop and support strategies for generating and nurturing top-of-funnel leads to qualify for sales.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Work with growth marketing team to lead development, and oversight of account-based marketing campaigns to guide efforts to engage key accounts faster and more effectively.
- RFP/RFI Support: Guide the sales team in aligning marketing messaging with RFP/RFI submissions, ensuring compelling and consistent responses with input from our internal experts.
- Conference & Event Strategy: Develop conference strategy and drive execution to maximize lead gen and nurturing before, during and after conferences. Collaborate with Clinical excellence team on submitting and publicizing speaking opportunities. Manage related events (happy hours, etc).
- Partnership Strategy & Management: Work with sales to develop recommendation for lead-generating and nurturing partnership collaborations, leading execution of partnership deliverables including collaborating with key stakeholders at partner organizations and internal growth team on distribution.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Work with the marketing team’s competitive analyst and sales colleagues to continuously monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions, differentiated messaging, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales-Marketing Alignment: Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and visibility on goals, strategies, messaging, resources and priorities. Work to identify and resolve any gaps or misalignments to enhance the effectiveness of both teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of proven experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare technology industry.
- Strong understanding of health system personas, particularly Chief Nursing Officers/Executives and Nursing Professional Development roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies and lead nurturing techniques.
- Experience leading conferences/trade shows and webinar programs.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively within a shared service model, leveraging diverse expertise.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or similar project management systems, a plus.
- Experience in HubSpot for sales, CRM, and marketing, a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and effective deadline management.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, is accountable, and excels at problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
