Position Summary: The Data Analyst, reporting to the Associate Dean of Admissions and Enrollment, will provide technical expertise, data management, and support in maintaining and improving admission processes with the School of Global Public Health and University databases (such as Slate CRM, SOPHAS, student information systems, University Data Warehouse). The position will primarily manage data and processes in the Slate CRM system, including managing data imports and exports, building queries, creating reports, and optimizing the use of functionality. They will take the lead role in the design, configuration, strategy development and refinement of Slate CRM to facilitate the review of applications and establish workflow improvements. They will implement data policy and information management and provide software platform training to students, faculty and staff. Qualifications: Required Education:

3+ years Relevant experience and intermediate knowledge of graduate admissions or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using Slate Technolutions, data system management, and developing reports using queries.

Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to negotiate solutions to resolve problems. Very strong computer/tehnology skills, including familiarity/facility with Albert, Brio, PeopleSoft, SIS, as well as intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint and how to create presentations with them. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience leading initiatives related to continuous improvement, knowledge management, onboarding and training. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Additional Information: In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $79,200.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
