Responsibilities  | Digital Course Material Setup
o   Enter and maintain digital textbook and course material records in internal systems.
o   Ensure accurate linking of digital items to the correct courses and sections.
o   Track and record digital materials provided through the Marriott Library and assist with their setup in the system.
o   Follow naming conventions and data entry standards to maintain consistency across records.

Pre-Semester Quality Checks
o   Conduct weekly inspections of digital course material setups for 4–6 weeks prior to the start of each semester.
o   Identify and correct missing or incorrect data entries to ensure students have access to materials on day one.
o   Flag unresolved issues for review by supervisors or technical support teams.

Invoice and Order Support
o   Review digital material invoices line by line to verify accuracy against enrollment data and system records.
o   Assist with the creation and import of purchase and sales orders into the system based on provided schedules and catalogs.
o   Support the reconciliation of billing discrepancies by comparing system data with vendor documentation.

Inventory and Data Integrity
o   Help maintain accurate inventory records for digital course materials, including updates to item status and availability.
o   Monitor and report on negative inventory or missing cost data using saved searches in NetSuite.
o   Support updates to item records to ensure compliance with internal data standards.

Issue Identification and Reporting
o   Respond to basic inquiries from faculty or internal staff regarding digital material availability or access.
o   Identify and document data mismatches or system errors (e.g., missing links, failed activations).
o   Capture screenshots and relevant details for escalation to technical teams or vendors as needed.

General Administrative Support
o   Maintain organized records of completed tasks, issue logs, and system updates.
o   Follow established procedures and timelines for each academic term.
o   Participate in training and team meetings as required.

Minimum Qualifications  | Two years data entry experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
Proficiency in the use of data entry equipment and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. The hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.
