  • Master's degree in public policy, higher education, education policy, counseling, management, or related field required.
  • At least five years of experience in recruitment, outreach, policy, communications, student support, education, or school counseling; K–12 and college access preferred.
  • Experience with leadership, management, or supervision in related fields.
  • Salary range is $85,000 to $95,000 for a 12-month, grant-funded, term-limited appointment of 18 to 24 months.
  • Position requires residence in Tennessee within commuting distance to Nashville and frequent statewide travel.
