Job Title: Director of Enrollment and Student Support
Department: Enrollment Management Services

Reports to: Vice President, Enrollment Management

The Director of Enrollment & Student Support is a key leadership role responsible for driving high performance outcomes across a portfolio of institutional partners. This leader oversees a team of enrollment managers and coaches, ensuring excellence in both new and continuing student enrollment services. Working closely with marketing, operations, and client services, the Director plays a critical role in launching new partner accounts, optimizing existing workflows, and driving a strong performance culture. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Enrollment Management Services.
Success in this role requires exceptional operational oversight, a data driven mindset, and the ability to motivate and develop teams. The Director must demonstrate high emotional intelligence, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including partners, and consistently model leadership behaviors that set the standard for the broader organization.

- Lead performance strategy for new and continuing enrollment across assigned partner accounts.
- Provide insight and direction during new partner launches, collaborating with cross functional teams to build and refine operational plans to launch new accounts.
- Manage and develop enrollment managers and coaches, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and driving timely action to achieve or exceed partner expectations.
- Ensure optimal schedule coverage across time zones, maintaining consistent student and partner support.
- Build strong, trust-based partner relationships, delivering strategic recommendations and feedback that reinforce credibility and drive results.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with senior leadership, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, escalations, and resource needs.
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and the student experience.

Requirements
What You Offer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience leading enrollment or admissions operations, including Director level experience and with demonstrated success in both new and continuing student enrollment.
- Proven expertise in the enrollment management funnel and experience managing performance in a data driven environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to influence, coach, and inspire individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-timezone schedules, and operational workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in communicating with colleagues and partners thoughtfully, accurately, and strategically, preserving trust and reinforcing organizational credibility.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Director level leadership experience within enrollment growth focused organizations, regionally accredited for-profit institutions, or progressive nonprofit education systems.
- Experience supporting multiple partner accounts or working within matrixed environments.
- A track record of successfully launching new programs, optimizing processes, and navigating evolving organizational priorities.
