What You'll Do
  • Lead a large and growing outbound sales team, including frontline managers and reps.
  • Drive performance and accountability across the team using data, tools, and clear expectations.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable sales processes — enhancing effectiveness through automation and AI.
  • Serve as a high-impact coach to managers, raising the bar on execution and leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales with marketing, operations, enablement, and product.
  • Monitor pipeline health, rep productivity, and funnel metrics to inform strategy and action.
  • Instill a culture of ownership, high standards, and continuous improvement.

What You've Done
  • Led and scaled successful sales teams, ideally in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
  • Built and optimized outbound processes, incorporating automation and AI to drive efficiency.
  • Used metrics to drive strategy, improve rep performance, and increase conversion.
  • Managed and developed sales managers, with a track record of strong team results.
  • Navigated fast-paced, scaling environments with grit, resilience, and a bias for action.
  • Delivered measurable impact against ambitious growth targets.
