Who You AreYou’re a
principal-level, data-driven Sales Operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prefers impact through influence over people management. You think in systems and frameworks — designing scalable processes that evolve with the business while balancing strategic foresight with operational rigor and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution.
You’ve spent time in SalesOps or Revenue Operations roles, operating as a trusted partner to senior sales and GTM leaders, ideally within high-growth or startup environments, and understand what it takes to scale amid ambiguity. You’re equally comfortable in the weeds as you are presenting to senior leadership—translating analytics into insights, driving alignment across teams, and moving quickly from strategy to action.
You’re relentlessly curious and actively leverage
AI and automation as force multipliers — not just tools — to accelerate forecasting, pipeline insights, reporting, and decision-making. You move quickly, think critically, and take full ownership of outcomes, embodying brightwheel’s leadership principles
This role is intentionally a high impact, senior individual contributor position with no direct reports. Impact is driven through systems, execution, and executive partnership.
What You’ll Do - Act as a principal strategic partner to Ariana (Director of Sales Ops) and senior GTM leadership, operating as a high-leverage IC across the Sales Ops org.
- Drive strategic projects that span across multiple product lines, including initiatives to build a multi-product selling motion and expansion into new verticals.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution.
- Drive best-in-class use of AI and automation across SalesOps processes — applying AI tools for forecasting, pipeline insights, reporting automation, and executive summaries to accelerate analysis and decision-making.
- Lead and manage change across the GTM organization, ensuring new initiatives are operationalized effectively with clear communication and adoption.
- Build and deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations grounded in both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Partner with senior leadership to define priorities, track business performance, and identify levers for growth.
What You’ve Done
- 5-7+ years of professional experience, including 3-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment with exposure to multi-product or multi-segment sales structures.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other sales and GTM systems and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, from frontline managers to the C-suite, using a data-driven and consultative approach. You can distill complexity into clear narratives that drive decision-making and then manage execution.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
- Deep, applied experience leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks to improve forecasting, modeling, and data workflows — with a mindset for experimentation and innovation.
- Highly analytical, organized, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
