Highlights
  • Lead strategic data-driven identification of prospective donors and stewardship of prospect research operations.

  • Compensation range is $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree related to research, business, communications, or similar fields and at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex analysis to non-technical audiences and experience training staff on prospect prioritization strategies.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with partial remote eligibility based on approval.
