Highlights

Provide individual, group, developmental, crisis, and couples counseling to NC State students.
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluate students for university withdrawal.
Develop and participate in outreach programs and 'Let's Talk' drop-in sessions.
Consult with university faculty, staff, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student mental health concerns.
Participate in after-hours on-call and occasional evening office hours.
Assist with general Counseling Center administrative duties.
Minimum education: Master's degree required; doctorate preferred; appropriate NC mental health licensure required.
Strong clinical skills and experience handling crisis situations are necessary.
Preferred experience includes college/university counseling, collaboration in large mental health agencies, Titanium electronic records, risk assessment, and clinical supervision.
Serves students primarily within an academic college and is embedded to understand and address the unique needs of that population.
