Highlights

Serve as primary liaison between Academic Advising Center users and IT system administrators.
Manage inventory, asset audits, lifecycle, secure disposal, and data sanitation in partnership with Asset Management.
Use network diagnostic tools to resolve connectivity issues and collaborate with network administrators.
Advise on technology purchases aligned with university standards and information security practices.
Required qualifications include an associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.
Preferred skills include experience with ticketing/ITSM tools, remote support, network infrastructure, and strong customer service and communication abilities.
The position offers an hourly salary between $22.03 and $24.00 and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
