  • Coordinate with CSU Procurement, Office of General Counsel, IT Accessibility Center, and Finance teams.
  • Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL framework to improve enterprise software services.
  • Require a Bachelor's degree in business or information technology or related experience; 3+ years in technology support, procurement, or software licensing roles.
  • Preferred experience includes policy development for software licensing, knowledge of ICT accessibility standards, ITIL framework, and supervision experience.
  • Annual salary range is $81,900 - $100,000 with a full benefits package.
  • Reports to the Assistant Vice President for Experience and Collaboration within the Division of Information Technology.
