Shift | Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Some nights and weekends. Serve as on-call for PR and Strategic Communications four-six times a year.
Job Summary | The Executive Director of Issues Management and Strategic Operations serves as a key leader within the Marketing and Communications division, providing strategic oversight across issues management, budget and resource planning, and cross-unit strategic alignment throughout the institution. This position ensures operational excellence, collaborates with internal stakeholders across campus, and supports the division’s mission to deliver integrated, responsive and forward-looking communications. The Executive Director supervises two direct reports responsible for crisis communications and administrative/budgetary functions. This position reports jointly to the Chief Communications Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer.
