  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technology including AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and automation to enhance systems.
  • Require a Master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field plus 5 years of IT experience with leadership.
  • Must demonstrate experience managing Salesforce CRM ecosystems, data governance, fundraising technology, and large-scale projects.
  • Preferred qualifications include project management certification (e.g., PMP), Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications, and programming knowledge in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience and education with flexible work arrangements possible for NC residents.
