Collaborate with University Advancement leadership, Chief Development Officers, OIT, Finance, and other partners to integrate technology strategies.
Provide strategic leadership on data governance, security, analytics, and process optimization for advancement technologies.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technology including AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and automation to enhance systems.
Require a Master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field plus 5 years of IT experience with leadership.
Must demonstrate experience managing Salesforce CRM ecosystems, data governance, fundraising technology, and large-scale projects.
Preferred qualifications include project management certification (e.g., PMP), Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications, and programming knowledge in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, or SQL.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and education with flexible work arrangements possible for NC residents.
