Physical Requirements | The physical requirements of this position will include occasional lifting, pushing or walking with objects up to 10lbs and regularly working at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing).
Shift | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, some evening, nights or weekends if necessary.
Job Summary | The Finance and Administration Specialized Training (FAST) Program Administrator will support and facilitate all aspects of the campus-wide training program for business officers or unit fiscal administrators and/or staff and faculty with fiscal responsibilities. The position will maintain communications between department leadership, workgroups, eLearning specialists, program team and others, as directed. They will manage the program calendar and all operational and growth activities with high aptitude for maintaining program quality standards. The position will be responsible for website updates, newsletters and managing the resource email – interacting daily with customers with strong and supportive customer service abilities. They will work on continuous process improvement and troubleshooting, as well review program courses with an eye for detail and quality.
