Highlights
Process and prepare financial transactions using UF systems such as myUFL, UF GO, and myUF Marketplace.
Reconcile PCard charges and monitor open encumbrances to resolve discrepancies.
Provide customer service to College of Nursing faculty, staff, and students regarding financial procedures and policies.
Ensure compliance with university, state, and federal financial regulations including grant and contract requirements.
Conduct monthly financial reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with staff and leadership.
Recommend and assist with process improvements to enhance fiscal operation efficiency and accuracy.
Required qualification: High school diploma or equivalent with three years of general accounts transaction experience.
Preferred skills include experience with UF financial systems, knowledge of UF policies, and strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Compensation ranges from $19 to $21 per hour.
Supports College of Nursing financial operations and interfaces with internal departments and external vendors.
