Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help more educators, schools, and districts discover ReadTheory and the power of our program. You’ll shape campaigns that deepen awareness, accelerate acquisition, and support lead generation. This role is 100% remote and reports to the Head of Marketing.

What You'll Bring
3+ years in growth, demand generation, or acquisition marketing
Experience working with a small business / team, ed-tech experience is a plus
Strong analytical instincts and comfort turning data into strategy
Excellent writing skills and a feel for voice and narrative
A scrappy, resourceful, entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
A collaborative spirit and comfort moving quickly with intention
Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and like programs
