  • Required knowledge includes HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in HRIS.
  • Preferred experience includes higher education or healthcare environments, union workforce support, and familiarity with Agile project management.
  • Salary provided: $108,147 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, paid leave, retirement plans, and educational benefits.
