Duties and Responsibilities 
Inputs employee and payroll data into the HR/Payroll system for adjunct and full-time faculty and processes supplemental salary payments. Responsible for set up and disbursement of all legally required withholdings, including child support, wage garnishments, wage deduction summons, student loans, tax levies and spousal support. Serves as resource for running of bi-weekly and monthly payroll and all jobs and reports essential to an accurate payroll and benefits process. Generates routine reports and designs special reports as requested. Develop, test, and implement new integrations, interfaces, and upgrades of HR systems in conjunction with vendors and IT. Define, evaluate, and configure HR systems/tools together with HR and non-HR groups to ensure efficiency in HR’s processes and data integrity across all HR systems. Responsible for production and non-production HRIS support of researching, recommending, and resolving system problems. Responsible for developing and performing ongoing scheduled activities of conducting system and user audits. Performs related duties as assigned

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience  | BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience. 2 to 3 years of data entry experience into HR/Payroll Systems.

Qualifications 
Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little or no supervision in carrying out daily tasks. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Excellent project management, customer service, and client relationship skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to details. Must be highly organized to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and payroll deadlines in a fast paced work environment. Experience with SharePoint O365, HTML and web page design concepts highly desired
