  • Handle basic benefits inquiries in coordination with the University's Benefits Department.
  • Utilize ConnectCarolina (PeopleSoft) as a system 'complex user' to prepare, approve, and troubleshoot HR actions.
  • Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and two years of progressive HR management experience or equivalent combination.
  • Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and proven consultation experience in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Preferred experience includes knowledge of PeopleSoft, InfoPorte, UNC TIM, and familiarity with higher education HR policies and procedures.
  • Position is full-time permanent with a salary dependent on qualifications and offers flexible virtual work arrangements.
