- Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and two years of progressive HR management experience or equivalent combination.
- Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and proven consultation experience in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and benefits.
- Preferred experience includes knowledge of PeopleSoft, InfoPorte, UNC TIM, and familiarity with higher education HR policies and procedures.
- Position is full-time permanent with a salary dependent on qualifications and offers flexible virtual work arrangements.
