As an instructional designer lead on the Commercial Lines Learning team, you'll prioritize designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning solutions aligned with business goals and performance improvement initiatives. You'll partner with collaborators to assess learning requirements, create engaging and effective training content, and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll serve as a mentor and coach to other instructional designers, supporting project execution and maintaining instructional quality and consistency across initiatives.

Must-have qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives

Preferred skills
  • Proficiency in applying instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Backward Design to create effective learning experiences
  • Expertise in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and/or iSpring Suite
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, partners, and team members
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, and a willingness to innovate in instructional design practices  

Compensation 
  • $79,200 - $105,600/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
