Description
This position will require you to be in the Greater Cleveland, OH Area
We are presently in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH

The Integration Specialist's responsibilities include providing support to business partners for the authentication of end users and use of OverDrive’s external APIs. This role sets up and resolves requests for authentication methods and troubleshoots problems that require additional support.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn about supported authentication methods.
  • Configure new accounts with requested standard authentication methods.
  • Proactively monitor support queues and troubleshoot authentication issues with internal
    teams and partners using email and phone.
  • Provide feedback on troubleshooting steps and business processes.
  • Use authentication tools as required by business processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3+ years of related experience.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical procedures verbally and in writing with partners and internal teams.
  • Web and Internet technology experience required.
  • Basic understanding of XML preferred.
