Highlights

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for classrooms, conference rooms, teaching, and research labs.

Required proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Apple macOS, and ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree with two years of IT experience or equivalent, with preferred certifications like Extron A/V Associates or CTS.
Experience with Extron or Crestron A/V components, lecture capture, conferencing technologies (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex), Active Directory, JAMF, and computer imaging is preferred.
Must hold a valid NC Driver’s License and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position is within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) IT department serving departments, centers, and research stations at NC State University.
Anticipated hiring salary range is $70,000 - $74,000, commensurate with experience.
