Position Overview

The Junior eLearning Developer plays an active role within our team, assisting in the creation of exceptional eLearning modules. In this junior-level capacity, the individual works under the guidance of senior team members, using a variety of software and tools to edit and customize graphic-rich, visually engaging self-paced online courses and tutorials. This role actively contributes to the creation, customization, and delivery of Professional Education eLearning solutions, including SkillBurst® skills and compliance modules as well as custom eLearning engagements. The Junior eLearning Developer brings opportunities to make a significant impact, helping foster creativity among the team and supporting operational excellence, all while learning and developing their skills within a highly creative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Edit and customize engaging and interactive eLearning modules for high-level adult learners (content and modules are already developed)

· Provide keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality work with little-to-no editing or rework required

· Follow established processes and workflows while maintaining organized project files and assets

· Collaborate with project management and eLearning development team to meet (and exceed) client expectations

· Participate in regular client status updates and support smooth transitions between phases of work, working closely with primary contacts to ensure continuity

· Manage assigned tasks to meet established timelines and delivery expectations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· 1+ year of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, developing engaging, interactive eLearning content aligned to instructional goals

· 1+ year of experience using Camtasia to create, edit, and produce high‑quality training videos

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables

· Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to both technical and non‑technical audiences

· Highly detail‑oriented, reliable, and accountable, with a consistent track record of follow‑through and ownership

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with the ability to create, edit, or update basic graphics, visuals, or learning assets using established templates and brand guidelines

· Experience using Audacity, or similar audio‑editing tools, to record, edit, and clean up audio for training materials, presentations, or digital content
