As Revecore’s Learning & Development Manager, you will:
Play a vital role in strengthening the capability, confidence, and performance of Revecore’s people. This position ensures employees start strong by providing a smooth and engaging pre-boarding experience through clear communication and New Hire Orientation. It further supports long-term success by executing performance and development programs that help employees grow and thrive.
The Role:
Performance & Development Support
- Manage the execution of Revecore’s performance management and succession programs by coordinating designing communications, timelines, training, and resources.
- Create and maintain tools, templates, and guidance that help managers and employees navigate goal setting, feedback, career conversations, and reviews.
- Reinforce performance expectations and accountability by equipping leaders with structured learning, job aids, and resources.
- Help gather and interpret insights related to performance and development activities to inform improvements in process and content.
Learning & Development Execution
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for team members and leaders using strong adult learning practices (discussion-based learning, simulations, blended learning).
- Execute learning programs and support continuous enhancements that reinforce accountability, feedback, growth, and high performance.
- Integrate AI technologies into the learning strategy to identify skill gaps, tailor development pathways, and measure the impact of learning programs on business outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand development needs and contribute to the creation or refinement of training solutions.
- Manage logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, communications, materials, evaluations, and learner follow-up.
- Maintain and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring resources are organized, accessible, and aligned with business needs.
- Support change management efforts through clear communication, learner readiness activities, and training reinforcement.
New Hire Orientation & Onboarding Support
- Design all new hire communications prior to start date, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a smooth onboarding experience.
- Lead a warm, informative, and engaging New Hire Orientation that reflects Revecore’s culture, expectations, and ways of working.
- Through our New Hire Survey, monitor new hire readiness and proactively address questions or gaps to create a confident and supported first-day experience.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the New Hire Orientation and onboarding experience, using feedback and business changes to keep content current and impactful.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, onboarding, facilitation, or related HR functions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering engaging training across multiple formats (virtual, live, hybrid, and self-paced).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and instructional design fundamentals.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within corporate learning, workforce development, or talent management environments.
- Experience supporting performance management processes or talent development programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
- A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
