Join Aprio's Firm Alliance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Learning Content Manager to join their dynamic team.
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Learning Content Manager to lead our on-demand learning content strategy within our Alliance team to serve our clients. This role is responsible for collaborating across departments to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of both internal stakeholders and external clients.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of adult learning expertise, project management skills, client service experience, and a passion for delivering impactful learning experiences at scale.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Aprio L&D, Alliance functional leaders, and Alliance clients
- Assess client learning needs and recommend solutions
- Collect client feedback on current and future offerings
- Identify Aprio content to be used and/or modified for Alliance clients
- Identify Alliance-specific content needing to be built/borrowed/bought to maintain a robust library of on-demand eLearning content aligned with business goals and learner needs for our clients
- Regularly review existing content and curricula offered to clients to ensure relevance based on client feedback, market trends, and identified gaps
- Identify potential new and leverage existing external learning content vendors, working with Aprio L&D and the Alliance Solution Center for optimal contracting terms.
- Partner with the Talent Program Manager to align on-demand offerings with live programming.
- Work with the marketing team to promote learning offerings through internal campaigns, newsletters, and digital channels
- Monitor learner engagement and feedback to continuously improve content strategy
- Leverage data from Aprio L&D and client data to analyze usage and engagement to inform content decisions and demonstrate impact
- Generate reports and insights on client learner behavior and engagement as compared to purchased and/or possible solutions for Alliance leadership to engage with clients
- Own the budgeting process for client on-demand learning needs, including vendor contracts and content development where necessary beyond Aprio offerings
- Forecast future needs and allocate resources strategically
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or content management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with LMS platforms (preferably LCVista)
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and digital learning trends
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate courses and deliver programs in virtual and live settings
- Familiarity with NASBA standards and CPE compliance
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Adept at crafting and delivering impactful messaging for both external audiences and internal stakeholders
$105,000 - $140,000 a year
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
