We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead our talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs resulting in best-in-class training, which enhances the Firm’s culture, increases efficiency and productivity; and attracts and retains high performing professionals. This includes the enhancement of existing programs and the advancement of the firm's continuous learning approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee external training resources.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Analyze, design, and create engaging learning pathways and training plans that align with firm goals and the development of our team members.
  • Utilize critical thinking to conduct formal and informal assessments for identifying learning needs. Cross-functional collaboration with firm functions and subject matter experts to develop content, demonstrating exceptional teaming abilities.
  • Develop, deploy and monitor the annual training calendar to achieve planned annual development plans.
  • Maintain CPE Compliance for all team members across the firm; ensuring they are up to date and have the opportunity to complete trainings that best align to their needs, niche, and areas of opportunity.
  • Leverage HR operations knowledge to align L&D initiatives with broader HR processes and systems.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LCVista a plus) and digital learning tools such as Articulate.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and how L&D integrates with broader HR functions is a strong plus.
